The tradition of canned food industry…
Sac S.p.A has been in the canned food industry for nearly 50 years. The company was born in 1965 in Carmagnola, near Turin, thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit of Aldo Oglino, who immediately aimed to export italian-made product all over the world, starting from France. Today the company still keeps its familiar attitude and the Oglino family, still a shareholder, runs the business.

Today SAC S.p.A. has reached an international dimension, also thanks to the help of commercial offices located in 5 countries, dozens of exclusive distributors and customers in over 80 countries around the world.
The main market is France, with Belgium and The Netherlands.
The soul of the company aimed at exporting is confirmed by the export share, higher than 95%.
SAC S.p.A. is part of the Consorzio Casalasco del Pomodoro, the largest Italian tomato producer and processer.

The consolidate experience and the aim to expand our presence in both retail and catering markets, make us the ideal partner for private labels, thanks to a single customer oriented strategy, including, the development of the recipe, product and packaging to guaranteeing the production of quantities required and a customized logistic solutions.
Moreover, we offer our own Victoria brand. It is a wide range of products that, starting from tomato, the core business, aims to provide a wide and diversified range of proposals to satisfy the most varied needs. Our brand Victoria, officially registered and historically known in many countries, has its strength in the value for money relationship.
Certification of quality
Quality is a fundamental requirement for us, from the production to after-sales management. We are part of the largest Italian tomato processing group and we share the goals of developing and improving tomato growing. As a group, we are focused not only to the final quality of the product, but also to all the aspects involved in the production. For this reason our group draws up a sustainability report (social, environmental and economic), to keep under control and try to reduce the effect that all activities have on the whole supply chain. The farmers, who are part of the group, and all those who supply raw materials are “Global Gap” and “Global Grasp” certified, to ensure the protection of rights and workers’ wealth. Great attention is also paid to the impact on the environment, in fact the Consorzio is ISO 14001 and EMAS certified.
An efficient logistic
Our headoffice and logistic platform are besed in Carmagnola, close to Turin, in a strategic area that allows us to easily export all over the world by sea and by land. Logistic efficiency is one of our fundamental targets: we plan deliveries all over the world following them step by step, offering the best solution depending on the final destination and customers’ needs: from EXW, DAP or CIF delivery, by truck or container, with or without pallet.
The assortment of packaging
All products in our range are available both in retail and food service size. Packaging innovation, obtained through the most modern technologies, allows us to meet the needs of consumers, constantly evolving. The assortment is available in traditional packaging (cans, bottles, cellophane),but also in the most innovative ones (tetrapak, combibloc, bag in box, tetrarecart, bags, plastic packaging) Secondary packaging can be managed according to customers’ needs with a wide range of cutting-edge solutions.
Our core business is tomato, conceived in all possible forms. Aiming to facilitate the introduction of the product and to strengthen customer confidence, we have implemented our offer with a complete range of other lines including legumes, fruit, pasta and rice, various types of condiments and sauces . A wide assortment, focused on the Mediterranean diet, to offer an ideal combination with the tomato line.
